ADACOM offers Managed Security Services via its 24/7 Security Operations Center.

Ideal proceeds with a Share Capital Increase where Virtus South European Fund and Mr Stelios Vitogiannis contribute their shares for 100% of SICC and 100% of Effervescent Sodas Management Limited. As a result, the company's new structure is formed with 100% ownership in the following companies: IDEAL Electronics, i-DOCS, ADACOM, Astir Vitogiannis and Three Cents.

IDEAL changes its name to IDEAL Holdings SA in 2021.
